the Well& the Vine Terms of service · privacy

Terms, plainly.

My service is to the Lord. Everything here exists to spread God's love. That's it.

What this is

The Well & the Vine is a place for simple tools: practices, guides and small apps for people who want to pause, be still and build. It is run by Gerrica Johnson, MSN, RN, through Watari LLC, a Minnesota company. Everyone is welcome.

Free tools

Free means free. No card, no trial that flips into a charge, nothing to cancel. If a tool asks for your email, that is the whole price.

Paid tools

Paid tools are a one-time price unless the page says otherwise. They are yours to use for yourself, your household or your own business. Please don't resell or repost them as your own; share the link instead.

Refunds

If something you paid for didn't serve you, email hello@thewellandthevine.com and ask. You'll get a full refund. No forms, no questions you have to defend.

Not medical, legal or financial advice

What you find here is encouragement, practice and plain-language education. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn't replace your own clinician, pastor, lawyer or accountant. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988. In an emergency, call 911.

Your privacy

Nothing gets saved unless you ask for it. No tracking, no cookies that follow you, no accounts. Progress inside tools like 7 Days lives only on your own device.

If you give your email, it is used for two things: replying to you, and one short note when a new tool opens. Every note has an unsubscribe link. Your address is never sold, rented or shared.

All ages

This site is for everyone, at any age. If you are under 13, have a parent or guardian put in their email instead of yours.

Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Site forms are handled by Netlify.

Changes

If these terms change, the date below changes with them. The first sentence on this page won't.
